Submission
Submissions are welcome for 3-min pitch presentation and/or publication in the event proceedings
Please pay close attention to the guidelines and stick to the formatting of the template file
Abstracts and pitch presentations must be in English, official language of the event
IMPORTANT DATES

| Abstract status notification | Until May 31, 2023 |
| Draft PPT submission for technical review | Until July 23, 2023 |
| Feedback on draft PPT | Until July 31, 2023 |
| Final PPT submission for pitch presentation | Until August 6, 2023 |
(*) Participants meeting FAPESP requirements and intending to join the group request for financial support must submit the abstract by March 31st, 2023
No later than April 2nd, the applicant are required to reach out by e-mail to henriette.azeredo@embrapa.br providing the following info/files:
- Submitted abstract (make sure FAPESP is acknowledged and the grant number is provided);
- Curricular Summary (as per FAPESP guidelines);
- Phone number, city of residence, affiliation, and intended transportation.
